AS OPIOID DEATHS MOUNT WITHOUT PANDEMIC STRESSORS FOR FABRICATED COVER STORIES, MEDICAL MISPRESCRIBING GAINS NECESSARY PROTECTION
Media-fabricated villains and cover stories distract from the sole responsible gatekeepers for prescribed opioids flooding America – licensed medical professionals

That goes without saying. That treatment works.
It’s reassuring to be reminded tho.
There are a few problems. Once in a while, someone slips, and a headline says more than intended.
Pharmacy chains are being sued because of the flood of opioid prescriptions they are responsible for. Or were responsible for stopping. They wouldn’t be sued otherwise! This is America.
America under attack!
The world’s greatest nation is under unified attack from multiple directions.
By an evil family called the Sacklers, who have caused millions of Americans to become addicted to opioids. Somehow.
By malevolent forces poisoning the supply of illegal drugs sought out and used in economies of illicit, high-risk use, with fentanyl, causing an opioid crisis that otherwise would have been ended by now with American Medicine’s proven treatments.
And by pharmacies, who flooded themselves with prescriptions for . . . okay, that doesn’t make sense. But here’s the thing – it doesn’t need to make sense. At all. It’s important that you know that.
Under attack by the COVID virus, causing America to literally shut down, depriving substance users of the treatment meetings of their religious subcultures – providing free, unlimited access over past decades – that otherwise would have provided the effective treatment to end this opoid crisis. And posing barriers to their access to America’s proven treatment approaches that otherwise were on the cusp of victory against the opioid crisis. Okay, right, fair point – that’s the weird part, that now that all those pandemic stressors and barriers have dissipated, for about 9 months now, and deaths are still mounting, the crisis still raging.
That’s not for you to question, or think about. Remember? It doesn’t need to make sense.
Anyway, we need to trust the experts. They are super smart. They know what works and what is best for us. Without their expertise and proven medical treatments, where would we be now!
That’s why America’s Highest Court – whose wisdom, commitment to the collective good, and intelligence we have no reason to doubt – recently ruled that doctors are essentially immune from prosecution for development of dependence, overdoses, deaths, any other problems related to the opioids they prescribed to them. That just goes to show how much we can trust American Medicine.
That does make it challenging, it seems, for the pharmacies, who were supposed to track, detect, and somehow block “suspicious” prescriptions for opioids.
I mean, it’s great for the docs, right? They just can’t lose, and pharmacies take the fall. That’s gotta be a relief, with all the continued misprescribing and overprescribing now decades into a lethal epidemic.
That overprescribing and misprescribing of opioids,
as described in prior posts, has continued over the years and decades of an increasingly lethal epidemic, described here,
here,
here,
and here.
While continuing to misprescribe, decades into an increasingly lethal opioid crisis, America’s medical professionals only began protecting patient rights and health after forced to at risk of legal violation for failure to meet longstanding, established ethical requirements for any medical intervention – by providing informed consent.
Okay, that sure was uncomfortable. Saying disrespectful things about Mommy and Daddy America’s medical professionals. I wish we could just avoid it. It’s frightening.
That’s why you almost never see those types of reports in corporate media stories, or social media, or anywhere. It’s just too scary to state the obvious. It wouldn’t go over well at all.
Somebody should just explain to big pharma, the distributors, the pharmacies – “Look, this is the way it’s gonna go. For you, it’s a cost of doing business. And not an unreasonable cost, mright? Our suppliers prescribing licensed medical professionals (LMP) are gonna be protected. Why? Because it would take some level of courage to speak up about the lethal harm they are doing. And because of what we all need from them, what America needs from them.”
America:
“The doctors? With all that training? And competence?
They’re doing what’s right and exactly what their patients need! They don’t need to be controlled or restricted.
Where would I get the antidepressant, that SSRI that treats the depression I still have, that I’ve been on the last 20 years, if it wasn’t for my doctor?
And the pain medication for my lower back? They won’t pay for surgery, all the specialists keep saying there’s nothing wrong. God bless my doctor for the pain pills.
And where do you think I get my gabapentin for my fibromyalgia?
And my Seroquel for sleep? It sure knocks me out! Thanks doc.
I don’t know what I’d do without the speed – I mean Adderall – I need for my Adult ADHD. That’s a real thing ya know, adult ADHD. My doctor diagnosed me on the spot, just like that, so now I finally got something to take for it.
Everybody knows now, it’s big pharma causing the problem with opioids – that’s everywhere, it’s on TV, it’s what the experts say. How can anybody doubt that? And somebody poisoning everybody with fentanyl, like the Chinese or Putin? That’s what it is.
Leave the doctors out of it. They give us exactly what we need.”
The setup is perfect, actually, The pharmacies, distributors and manufacturers cannot avoid being the designated scapegoats. Their enormous, criminal profits are the payoff for serving as scapegoats.
And because if pharmacies were to red flag opioid prescriptions that are “suspicious” or in any case are medically indicated against, they would be flagging essentially all prescriptions coming in, with the exception of those prescribed for cancer pain and end of life pain.
That’s because of what’s been established for decades – that opioids do not treat chronic pain, a non-medical condition, have all sorts of other problems, and do not even treat post surgery pain better than other non-opioid mediations.
You won’t see that in the news much either – those truths would be highly disruptive to America’s Healthcare System and its supply chains for mood-altering substances linking pharmaceutical manufacturers, to the only gatekeepers – America’s LMPs – to consumers of those substances. Everyone in the chains gets what they want.
And? Pharmacies would have to red flag every prescription for American Medicine’s cure for American Medicine’s opioid crisis, the “medications” prescribed under medication assisted treatment (MAT) – actually addictive opioids that are commonly diverted, abused, used as commodity and currency in the street economies of lethal opioid use, including fentanyl, fueling increasingly lethal opioid epidemics. Opioids for which there has never been convincing evidence of benefit, instead consistent evidence for harm.
Decades into the increasingly lethal epidemic,
those problems must have come under control to protect vulnerable Americans. Mustn’t they?
By the use of data and monitoring by LMPs to avoid high-risk prescribing?
The medical misprescribing?
The indicated-against use of opioids by American Medicine for the non-medical condition of chronic pain?
The continued prescribing of substitute opioids provided to a trusting public by medical professiionals as “medications” , addictive controlled substances that are established as involved in high-risk use and as fueling the lethal crisis?
How possibly could those threats to public health not have been exposed and stopped?
It’s almost as if American Medicine benefits from a protection system,
and the more iatrogenic deaths mount, the more protection is added.
– From a compliant, incompetent, bought media
– From government oversight and regulators
– And from the US Supreme Court
From a recent post –
The United States Supreme Court,
in a related and appropriately timed decision, let medical prescribers off the hook for running “pill mills” or otherwise helping to generate the opioid crisis by overprescribing or otherwise misprescribing the addictive Schedule II controlled substances.
A Supreme Court decision protective of American Medicine’s incompetent and criminally negligent generation of the opioid crisis significantly bolsters protections afforded by America’s medical-media collusion, empowering continuing overprescribing and misprespcribing of opioids driving the lethal epidemic.
The precious legalistic, naïve rationalizations from The Court were grounded in premises – demonstrably false – that go without saying, that must be accepted as truth: that America’s esteemed and trusted medical Institutions and professionals generally operate as driven by competence, principle, and ethical commitment to the safety and best interests of those whose lives and well-being they are responsible for protecting – that is, grounded in pure constructed fantasy that is cowardly and lethal.
Fantasy of the type that allowed creation and enables perpetuation of a worsening opioid and other substance use crises.
Fantasy that maintains a sheen of decency, authenticity, and authority to protect a fixed cultural delusion constructed of desperate need, of figures with otherwise inaccessible power to heal, protect, absolve, save, or cure. An illusory sheen that protects the wayward priest, the fake holy men, the senile and sociopathic leaders, the shamans, witch-doctors, medicine men and charlatans, the lethally practicing medical professionals and their miracle cures.
Magical, miraculous potions in pills that only they have and will take away your sadness, all pain, your fears, your confusion, your dangerous compulsive behaviors, your problems, when you trust the experts and others holding the power and cultural capital to create your delusion.
